$0.30 a minute of work, billed by the second — $18 an hour.
Our demo shop is a sample store at demo.checktide.app with two defects we planted.
After delivery, we charge the time we worked on it at $0.30 a minute, billed by the second and never rounded up. The report shows the seconds, check by check, and the work step by step. A verification is charged only when it reaches a result on at least one check you asked for.
Your subscription is how credits arrive. One credit is one dollar; credits you don't use carry over. Marketplace bills a subscription by the users on your Jira site. Up to 10 users, $99 a month buys 99 credits. From 11 to 100 users, each user is $9.01 a month, so 12 users pay $108.12 for 108.12 credits; above 100, it is $901 plus $0.01 for each user over 100. Credits stay with your Jira site: when your subscription or your 30 free days end, you can't spend them until you subscribe, and they never move to another site.
Free for 30 days, then one free verification a month, or subscribe. For your first 30 days, your site gets the credits of a month's subscription at no charge. Every site also gets one complete verification free each month, subscribed or not, starting in the month Checktide is installed; an unused one lapses at the end of its month. After your free verifications, you need a Checktide subscription: there is no pay-per-verification option.
When you get your report
Your first report arrives within 4 hours of your starting the verification, and a retest report within 1 hour of your starting the retest, at any hour of any day. If we need to ask you something, we ask in a comment on the issue, and the clock stops from that comment until you answer. If we're late, that verification is free: nothing is deducted, and no free verification is used.
Think a report is wrong? Tell us and we re-check at no charge; if we correct or withdraw it, anything deducted for it comes back. Cancel before the first report, and nothing is charged.
Starting a verification needs at least one credit, or a free verification — except on our demo shop, which is free for 3 demo verifications a month. If the work costs more than the credits on your site, we finish it and deduct only what you have.
If the change in your issue could break other features, we list them before we start and check them too, at no extra charge.
A yearly plan is priced as the top of your Marketplace user tier — tiers end at 10, 15, 25, 50 and 100 users — and costs ten times that tier's monthly price. So 12 users are priced as 15: $1,351.50 a year, for 1,351.50 credits. Monthly plans follow your actual user count.
Credits arrive month by month. A monthly plan's credits are counted from the users on your site when that month's credits arrive, so a change in users counts from the next month; a yearly plan grants a twelfth of its year's credits each month.
If a subscription payment is refunded, the credits it granted that you have not used are withdrawn.
When you fix something
After you fix or change your application, one retest of the same scope requested within 14 days of delivery uses no credits. Request it from the report.
